RCMP is currently conducting an investigation following a car accident at the entrance of Cowichan District Hospital’s emergency room in Duncan, located on Vancouver Island. The incident occurred around 7:40 p.m. PT on Saturday when a black Chevrolet Traverse SUV crashed into the hospital doors. Images of the vehicle inside the ER waiting room quickly spread on social media.
Reportedly, a 42-year-old female driver allegedly assaulted two paramedics who came to her aid, resulting in minor injuries to one of them.
