London police have made an arrest in relation to an arson in the southwestern Ontario city’s east end from earlier this week. Â
On Wednesday morning, the fire department was called to 737 Dundas St., where they quickly knocked down a blaze on the third floor of the two-storey, multi-unit building.Â
As a result of the investigation, on Thursday, police arrested and charged a 38-year-old man with arson causing damage to property, and break-and-enter to commit arson.Â
There were no injuries reported. Damage to the building is estimated at $250,000, police said.Â
Police are still on the lookout for another arson suspect in a separate incident at the same location that happened between 10:20 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sept. 5.
The suspect in that case is described as male, white, between 20 to 40 years of age, with a thin build, wearing a black hoodie with a white logo on the front, black pants, dark running shoes and a black and white baseball cap. He has a tattoo, possibly a cross, on the back of his neck behind his right ear.Â

Police are asking anyone who may have dash-cam footage, video surveillance, or any information at all, to call them. Â
