In honor of the upcoming Road to the Junos and Juno Awards in Hamilton this year, CBC Hamilton has partnered with CBC Music to offer a chance to win tickets to live music events. To participate, share a memorable experience related to Hamilton’s music scene: a standout concert, an early encounter with a local band or musician, or a beloved music venue that shaped your perception of the city or its musical culture.

Share how music has influenced your perspective of Hamilton, how the music community has impacted you, or how a musical moment in the city has influenced your relationship with music. Four prize sets are up for grabs, each including two tickets to a live musical performance occurring between January 22 and February 7, 2026, at a Hamilton venue. These shows will showcase local talents and lead up to the 2026 Juno Awards, set to take place in Hamilton on March 29. The specific show for which the tickets will be awarded will be determined by CBC from the following options:

– Redhill Valleys at Bridgeworks, with Ginger St. James on January 22.
– Cadence Weapon at Bridgeworks, with Danny Miles on January 23.
– Whitehorse at Bridgeworks, with Julianna Riolino on January 24.
– Classical showcase at L.R. Wilson Concert Hall, featuring various artists on January 25.
– Cam Kahin at Mills Hardware, with Aoife on February 6.
– Terra Lightfoot at Mills Hardware, with Logan Staats on February 7.

Submit your entry by 11:59 p.m. ET on January 18, 2026, for a chance to win. Potential winners will be contacted by 5 p.m. ET on January 19, 2026. This contest is open to Canadian residents of legal age in their province or territory. No purchase is necessary to enter. Each prize set includes two tickets to a live music event, valued at approximately CDN$30 each, totaling CDN$120. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. A mathematical skill testing question is required. Visit cbc.ca/contests for full contest rules.
