Expressing his excitement on Instagram, Whitcomb shared his disbelief at Clarkson’s rendition, exclaiming, “No way @Kellyclarkson sang my song on her show!!! I love you!!! I’m speechless. Whitcomb made his debut on March 29, showcasing his song “Options” at TD Coliseum in Hamilton. Following this performance, he was recognized as the Breakthrough Artist of the Year during the Juno Awards ceremony.
