These include Bakken Pipeline Company for the operation and maintenance of pipeline facilities in Burke County, North Dakota, Enbridge Energy for the operation and maintenance of pipeline facilities in St. Clair County, Michigan, and Enbridge Energy for the operation and maintenance of pipeline facilities in Pembina County, North Dakota.
