The Enhanced Games is set to go public through a new listing on the Nasdaq stock exchange and the launch of a direct-to-consumer business focusing on performance products. This move is aimed at making performance enhancement tools and protocols more accessible to the public. The company’s announcement precedes an upcoming sports event in Las Vegas featuring competitions in swimming, track, and weightlifting. Notable athletes such as Olympic sprinter Fred Kerley and swimmer Ben Proud have already committed to competing for the top prizes of $250,000 each.

In contrast to traditional drug testing methods used in the Olympics, participants in the Enhanced Games will undergo mandatory medical profiling to ensure their health before the competition. The company anticipates generating $200 million through its public offering, having already secured a $40 million equity deal that will convert into public shares upon commencement of trading.

One significant aspect of the financial strategy that was not initially disclosed when Enhanced Games was launched in 2023 involves the introduction of consumer health products. The company plans to unveil its product line in early 2026, with a current option on their website to “reserve access” to testosterone replacement medications.

Enhanced CEO Maximilian Martin expressed the vision of merging scientific advancements with elite athletic performance to create a groundbreaking sports platform that not only transforms athletes’ lives but also demonstrates the potential health and longevity benefits of performance enhancements under proper medical supervision.

The recent appointment of Maximilian Martin as CEO signals a broader restructuring within the company’s leadership team. Founder Aron D’Souza will step back from day-to-day operations but will retain a shareholder position. Sid Banthiya, previously the chief finance officer at Milk Bar bakery, now holds the same role at Enhanced. Additionally, Rick Adams, the former chief of sport performance at the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee, has joined Enhanced as the chief sporting officer.
