NDP Leader Marit Stiles made her third campaign visit to the region, stopping in Elmira on Friday.
Local candidates from four ridings shared their perspectives on housing, healthcare, and affordability on CBC K-W’s The Morning Edition. The upcoming show will feature Waterloo candidates on Monday, Guelph candidates on Tuesday, and Wellington-Halton Hills candidates on Wednesday.
Voting day is scheduled for Thursday, with polling stations open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Voters should expect to receive their voter information card by mail or electronically through the Elections Ontario app. Greg Flood, Elections Ontario’s manager of media and outreach, highlighted the app’s convenience in accessing polling location details and digital voter information cards. Unregistered voters can register at polling locations on election day.
