Prince Harry jokingly mentioned during a visit to Toronto that he felt “under duress” when he wore a Los Angeles Dodgers hat at a recent World Series game against the Blue Jays. The Duke of Sussex and his wife, Meghan Markle, were spotted at Los Angeles’ Dodgers Stadium supporting the home team during Game 4 of the Fall Classic.

While visiting the veterans center at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, Prince Harry was gifted a Toronto Blue Jays hat. He humorously shared that he had no choice but to don the Dodgers cap at the World Series game, which unfortunately ended with a loss for the Blue Jays in Game 7.

During his time at the veterans center, Prince Harry was also presented with an army helmet painted by residents and a book recounting stories of centenarian veterans. This visit was part of his two-day trip to the city leading up to Remembrance Day.

His previous visit to Canada was in February when he participated in the Invictus Games in British Columbia. Prince Harry and Meghan, the Duchess of Sussex, briefly resided in Canada before relocating to the United States in 2020.

In 2020, the couple made headlines by announcing their decision to step back from their senior royal roles. The following year, Buckingham Palace confirmed that Harry and Meghan would not be resuming their previous duties as working members of the Royal Family.
